Returns & Exchanges

Refund/Exchange Policy: 

We fully stand behind our products and offer returns & exchanges within30 days of purchase (in store) or from when you received the items (online orders). Items must be in original condition and with all tags and labels.  

For purchases made in store: Simply bring in the items for return/exchange along with the receipt. Items must be in original condition and with all tags and labels. 

For purchases made online: 
Canadian customers - We offer free shipping back to us in the event of a return. We'll provide a Canada Post pre-paid label to you that you can print off or retrieve at your local Canada Post Outlet. 

U.S. & International customers - Please ship the order back to us and we will gladly issue a refund once we receive the items. For your protection, we recommend adding tracking to your shipments back to us in case it gets lost in the mail or delayed.
